This requirement is for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside and will be firm-fixed-price. The closing date for this notice is 12:00 PM CT Friday, May 15, 2026. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall provide home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) services only. These services are to be performed at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, campus to include the Mobile, AL, Community Outpatient Clinic (MOPC), the Panama City West Clinic, Panama City, FL, and the Joint Ambulatory Care Center, Pensacola, FL. Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. (See Statement of Work for additional detailed information.) Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of on or about June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with four 12-month option periods.
