ITC-6100-OCIO-26-79 NOTICE TYPE: SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE CARAHSOFT TECHNOLOGY CORP NAICS Code: 423430 Computer & Computer Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers PSC: DA10 - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to CARAHSOFT TECHNOLOGY CORP, 11493 Sunset Hills Rd, Reston, Virginia 20190-5230, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This purpose of this requirement is obtaining Qualtrics XM platform software, a FedRamp Certified survey software, and customer satisfaction survey tool, via software as a service, to conduct the required data collection functions of the U.S. International Trade Commission ( USITC or Commission ). No other software meets the needs of the Commission. The scope of this contract includes acquiring software as a service to develop our own surveys, and to securely develop and deploy web-based customer satisfaction surveys. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Ian Quillman, Contracting Officer, at ian.quillman@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
