DeCA OCONUS (EUROPE) 2026 WTO/FTA and Yearly Acquisition Strategy Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) OCONUS Contracting Office (EUROPE) This publication of the synopsis notice incorporates an in-depth annual forecast, and Fiscal Year 2026 Acquisition Strategy. This synopsis is being posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.203(h) because one or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization (WTO) Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements (FTA). WTO/FTA: DeCA has multiple requirements for equipment and services as outlined in the attached documents. Future solicitations of these requirements will be made using local notice procedures within the Geographic areas as broken out in the attached documents (EU, Turkey, United Kingdom, Egypt).
