Description
Solicitation Number: 70Z08526Q026671 Project Title: CGC Bertholf Oil Purifiers Technical Service. Response Deadline: 24JUL 2026 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Quotations number is 70Z08526Q026671 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65 dated January 29, 2013. The NAICS Code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1250. This is a totally small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. All responses from interested vendors must be received on/before 24 JUL 2026 and will be reviewed by the Government. The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center has a requirement for the following: Contractor shall provide parts requested for CGC Bertholf Oil Purifiers Technical Service TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR INSPECTION AND CORRECTION of the Fuel Oil Purifiers (FOP) onboard USCGC BERTHOLF Background. This requirement is for the contractor to Install the parts provided on previous inspection and overhaul both FOP s. Scope. The Contractor shall assist cutter personnel with troubleshooting the FOP s : Advise on manufacturer's proprietary information pertinent to the system. Assist with proper repair methods and ensure compliance with manufacturer's procedures and standards during disassembly, inspection, repair, modification, calibration, and reassembly of the equipment/system. Ensure compliance with manufacturer's procedures and standards during disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of the FOP. CLIN 0001: Inspection and Diagnosis (Firm-Fixed-Price) 2.1. Inspection was conducted. 2.2. CFR was submitted by Contractor on previous inspection. CLIN 0002: Repairs. The contractor shall install the parts provided in the attached quote & perform a system overhaul. Security Requirement. B Street Pier. Vendor shall have a valid driver s license and show identification. Forms will be provided for base access. A CG representative from the cutter may sponsor and escort vendor to the cutter.
