In accordance with FAR, RFO deviation, FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. the Federal Maritime Commission), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to IHS Global Inc., 15 Inverness WAY E Englewood, Colorado 80112-5710, United States. IHS Global provides an online subscription to S&P Global Market Intelligence's Maritime Intelligence Risk Suite (MIRS/Onlinte-Subs) for five paid users. This acquisition is for online user access only and does not include application programming interface (API) access. MIRS is an enhanced maritime intelligence subscription that upgrades the Commission's current Sea-web paid-user subscription by preserving Sea-web vessel and company reference capabilities while adding integrated maritime risk intelligence. This subscription will provide the agency's secondary users, with online access to ship characteristics, live and historical AIS movements, detailed company ownership information, sanctions compliance screening, inspections and detentions history, casualty, piracy and pollution incidents, ports, terminals and berths intelligence, country and port security risk updates, and bespoke ship, company and area alerts. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.
