Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Herrick Technology Laboratories, Inc (CAGE 78VC0). This requirement is for the purchase of the following: Qty. 1 HTLx-U Miniture Quad Channel ? H/V/UHF/Microwave Transceiver, Universal Tactical Package. Without SAASM. Includes Removable Media Module ? P/N HTLx-U101100004 Qty. 1 Removable Media Module ? P/N 911-00108-002 Qty. 1 RMM Reprovisioning Cable ? P/N 910-00450-001 This notice is not a request for quotations or proposals. The Government reserves the right to determine, based on responses received, whether this requirement will be competed. Any decision not to compete this action remains solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1,250 Employees per year.
