Description

The War Media Activity (WMA) intends to execute a modification to contract HQ0516-21-C-0011 with Navancio LLC., to provide critical AFN Go app service and support while the new AFN Go app development is completed. This modification will be for a six-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract with a period of performance of 01 August 2026 31 January 2027. The regulatory authority which permits this single source procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . This authority is supported by an approved Justification and Approval. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The anticipated modification date is 30 June 2026. This requirement is to provide the development, and subsequent hosting and technical support, of a modern, multiplatform, Audio Over IP (AoIP) APP to efficiently and effectively engage its core demographics, which include US military and government service members, family members and military retirees living and working outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The app s primary focus is to provide an engaging, user friendly audio experience comparable with commercial digital audio apps available in the U.S. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued Requests for copies of solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 2:00 PM EST on 18 June 2026 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide the afore mentioned requirement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
