**********THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY********** Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from the market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to make a single award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm-fixed prices for two (2) Cosmetology Instructors for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Carswell, located at NAVAL AIR STATION, 1200 MEANDERING ROAD, FORT WORTH, TX 76114. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, with four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 611511 Cosmetology and Barber Schools, (Size Standard of $13 Million). General Information regarding the BOP is located at www.bop.gov. The contractor shall provide COSMETOLOGY VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR services according to the following schedule: The Cosmetology Instructor will normally provide six (6) one-hour sessions per day, 5 days per week, excluding Federal Holidays. Work hours will normally be Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. and 12:00 - 3:00 P.M., including a (1) hour unpaid lunch break from 11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the institution. Estimated annual hourly sessions are 1500 per 12-month period. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
