The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Tulsa District, is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis to conduct market research for the repair of transmission tower foundations at the Sam Rayburn Switchyard in Sam Rayburn, Texas. The purpose is to identify interested and capable firms, particularly within the small business community, to determine the acquisition strategy for this project.
