Amendment 0002: Posted 08/06/2026 Responses to questions that were asked prior to and on the Site Visit tour held Thursday, July 30, 2026; Revised TIMBER SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT PRICE SCHEDULE; and a copy of the sign-in sheet from the Site Visit tour. See attached amendment 0002 Amendment 0001: Posted 07/20/2026 The additional site visit will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. mountain daylight time (MDT) with attendees meeting at the Lincoln Ranger District, 1569 HWY 200, Lincoln, Montana; and extend date of when all questions shall be submitted in writing via email to norma.windle@usda.gov; due no later than August 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. MDT. The response date for the RFQ is extended and is due on August 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. MDT. See attached amendment 0001. Original Posting: Posted 07/01/2026 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12363N26Q4090 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Lincoln Springs Stewardship IRSC. The objectives are to reduce hazardous fuels, increase the resiliency to wildfire and disease and improve forest health within the project area by using a variety of commercial, non-commercial, and prescribed fire treatments in the Lincoln Springs area of the Upper Blackfoot River Watershed. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 113310 Logging. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The product service code is F014. The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency and shall be valid for 60 days after the date of receipt for the solicitation.
