Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to completely remove and replace the roof systems on five (5) pier house structures and the Operations Building at the London Locks and Dam facility. This project requires the installation of new plywood sheathing, 30 lb felt underlayment, and new asphalt shingle system to restore watertight integrity, ensure long-term structural reliability, extend the service life of the facilities, and reduce future maintenance needs. The Operations Building and Pier House 1 roofs serve as the base requirement for this contract, with the remaining 4 pier houses being the Option 1 requirement.
