The purpose(s) of Amendment 01 are as follows: To extend the quotations due date to September 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST. To provide responses to questions submitted for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) # 47QACA26Q0428To provide the revised RFQ Proposal Content dated September 1, 2026. The following sections have been amended: Offers Due Date to 9/10/2026 Technical and Management Approach (15 pages) QCP Plan (20 pages) Factor 2: Past Performance (Section revised; page limit 10 pages). The National Guard Bureau Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction Division (CWMDD) the overarching functional and coordinating proponent for the domestic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive (CBRNE) Response Enterprise (CRE) has a requirement for contract support for training and exercise services, specifically training development, training execution, training integration and update support, as well as supply, logistics, and exercise and evaluation support for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) equipment, tactics, techniques and procedures in support of National Guard CRE elements to include the Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Teams (WMD-CST), CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), and Homeland Response Force (HRF) units.
