Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, mandatory parts, non-mandatory parts, materials, equipment, tools and data, necessary to procure the Screw Assembly Panel, for the AH-64 Apache. NSN: 5305-01-620-5044 Part Number: HS6116HS0080 Estimated Quantity: 118 Minimum, 590 Maximum Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 10 each month for the base year, and 10 for the remaining four years, unless the Contractor can deliver assets on the first delivery. Delivery Location: TBD The government does NOT own the technical data package (TDP) for this action. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The rights ownership has been verified through the Project Management Office. Reverse engineering is not feasible. Currently the only known approved manufacturers for the Screw Assembly Panel are The Boeing Company, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code: 8V613, 5000 East McDowell Road Mesa, AZ 85215-9707 and Fastener Technology CORP., Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code: 58794, 7415 Fulton Avenue, North Hollywood CA 91605-4116. This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded IAW Revolutionary Federal Overhaul (RFO) Part 13, Simplified Procedures for Noncommercial Acquisitions. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 12 month base period of performance and 4 (12 month) option periods. Offerors are advised: The Government fully intends to evaluate quotes and award the contract without discussions with offerors, initial quotes should be submitted containing offerors most favorable terms. This is a pre-solicitation notice, NOT a solicitation. No proposals or quotes shall be submitted as a result of this notice. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. The solicitation will be available on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, hhtps://www.sam.gov/. This will be the only method of distribution; therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to check the website for postings. Prospective offerors must be registered in SAM system in order to participate in this procurement. This is NOT a request for quotes.
