For solicitation requests, please provide all of the following: (1) “SPRRA2-26-R-SP01” in the email subject line; (2) Your Information (to include, but not limited to: Name, Title, Telephone Number, and Email Address); and, (3) Your Company’s Name, Address, and CAGE Code. The Government desires to acquire the personnel, support, and services necessary for the Containerized Weapon Support (CWS), CWS-Advance Precision Kill Weapon System (CWS-A), and Serenity as well as provide the administrative requirements to manage these Programs. This will be placed on the existing Indefinite Delivery Requirements Type Contract (IDRC), SPRRA2-24-D-0010, in support of the Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office. This item is restricted to: Invariant Corporation, CAGE CODE: 1T4T8. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only one responsible source. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to the POCs listed with this announcement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
