This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product/service prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.202 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is 7571TE26Q00151 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 October 1, 2025. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 541519 with a size standard $134. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part Subpart 13.5. This requirement is for Fortinet Federal support, maintenance, and subscription services for existing FortiGate network security appliances. Services include hardware maintenance, firmware and software updates, intrusion prevention services (IPS), advanced malware protection, and access to the Fortinet support portal. These services are required to maintain cybersecurity operations, ensure system availability, and support ongoing federal information security requirements. COMMITMENT OF PUBLIC FUNDS The Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with the proposed acquisition. Any other commitment, either explicit or implied, is invalid. PREPARATION COSTS This RFQ does not commit the Government to pay for the preparation and submission of a quote.
