The Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany Installation and Environment (I&E) Division has a requirement for an annual commercial Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription for three (3) user accounts of RSMeans Online Complete Library Plus subscriptions. The RSMeans Online database provides proprietary, standardized construction cost-planning datasets covering new construction, building renovations, general maintenance, and preventive maintenance schedules. The software is utilized as an electronic estimating tool to increase the productivity, timeliness, and technical accuracy of localized facility budget planning and estimate verification.
