Description

1. AGENCY: Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) 2. DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.107-3(b), Notification of Consolidation of Contract Requirements, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is publishing this Special Notice to advise industry of the approval of a Consolidation Determination and Findings (D&F) for the Business Operations Support Services (BOSS) requirement. This consolidated effort will provide comprehensive enterprise business operations, process improvement, and program management support across DCSA. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting. 4. JUSTIFICATION FOR CONSOLIDATION: Through comprehensive market research, the government has concluded that consolidating these requirements provides the best value to the Government. For additional details, please review the attached Redacted Consolidation D&F. 5. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE ONLY.
