The project magnitude is between $5- $15 million. This will be a full-and-open solicitation. Summary of Work: The intent of this project is to construct a new 400 KW photovoltaic array (PV) in conjunction with a battery energy storage system (BESS) at 1.5 MW, microgrid controller, two 500kW natural gas generators. The necessary electrical support infrastructure will be installed to connect the PV array and BESS to the EVCF and building 678 through the existing building transformer.
