The requirement is for the purchase of billboard advertisements listed in the attached Statement of Objective and Justification and Approval for Sole Source to Clear Channel Outdoor. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Clear Channel Outdoor. under the authority of FAR 12.102 and 10 USC 3204, only one responsible source capable of meeting the government s requirement. Supporting documentation is attached to this notice. Response Instructions: This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes, and no solicitation document is available. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements must be submitted in writing and must include: Company Name Address Cage Code / Unique Entity ID (UEI) number Capabilities to perform, install and facilitate requirements in accordance with the Statement of Objective (SOO.) A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
