Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is considering leasing space for the Aiken Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), located in Aiken, South Carolina. The VA is seeking 18,515 rentable square feet (RSF) of medical space within the delineated area specified below. The intended lease term is 20 years. Requirement State: South Carolina City: Aiken Delineated Area: North: Highway 78 intersects Vaucluse Road South: Citadel Drive intersects Whiskey Road East: Rushton Road intersecting Willow Run Road West: Hitchcock Parkway intersects Highway 1 Minimum RSF: 18,515 Space Type: Medical / Clinical Parking: A minimum of 95 parking spaces is required. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements shall be provided as part of the rental consideration. Existing buildings or build to suit options within the delineated area will be considered. The space must comply with accessibility requirements per 4 CFR 101?19.6, App A (UFAS). Interested offerors must submit the property address, description, available square footage, parking, photographs, and a map or documentation verifying the property is within the delineated area.
