Description

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a non-competitive firm fixed priced purchase order to Prometheus Security Group Global. This requirement is to provide installation, configuration, and testing services for the Security Forces VICADS system at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and RFO Part 12.102(a) For acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), document the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision.
