Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Genasys for the FBI Los Angeles Field Office area. This requirement is for FBI Los Angeles area and will be awarded to Genasys. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Hong Nguyen by email. The email address is HNGUYEN2@FBI.GOV. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Attached is the Sole Source Justification for only one responsible source that can meet the agencies minimum need under FAR Part 13.
