Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Little Rock District (SWL) intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract to ALARMCO INC (CAGE Code: 331G8), located at 6619 Young Rd; Little Rock, AR 72209 to furnish, install and integrate a new intercom system and upgrade access control readers for the Emergency Management Office at the Federal Office Building. This action will be conducted under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a), soliciting from a single source. Utilizing the original system integrator eliminates compatibility issues, maintains warranty coverage, and ensures continuity of operations. Additionally, the installation and servicing of security/ access control systems require a cleared contractor with appropriate background vetting. Alarmco has been vetted and approved by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to perform these services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement in the future. Responses must be submitted via email to brooke.s.thomason@usace.army.mil no later than 12:00 PM CDT on 12 August 2026.
