Description

Monarch 2023 v19 is a Windows based application that allows analysts to spend more time on analysis and less time preparing data. The user drops a file or web page onto the canvas and it automatically begins to extract data into analytics ready rows and columns, and it is able to connect to all major relational, big data, and other sources. The Directorate of Resource Management DRM uses the Monarch software to analyze ANADs financial data. Monarch is licensed through the Altair Data Analytics Units licensing model. This contract represents 5 users of Monarch. One 1 user of Monarch equals 21 units. ANAD/DRM will need 105 units 5 x 21.
