Solicitation 140D0426Q0817 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Stormwater Management Systems Replacement Hampton National Historic Site (HAMP), Baltimore County, Maryland. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. If an escort is needed, the Contracting Officer or Contracting Specialist will schedule a meeting before proposals are due; however, this will not affect question or submission deadlines. While no attendee list is required, bringing company badges or IDs helps escorts identify vendors during the site visit. Bonds: Payment and performance bonds will be required for this action, as any amount awarded over $35,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond and any amount of $150,000 requires both payment and performance bonds.
