Description

On 26 August 2026, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Mission Systems (PAE MS) held its' inaugural?Capability Alignment Forum (CAF)?. This was not a traditional industry day but rather a collaborative mission briefing with current Vendors and Venture Capitalists. PAE MS has consolidated the power of?historical acquisition programs into a single, unified mission integrator. At this forum, PAE MS pulled back the curtain on the new?Warfighting Acquisition System (WAS) and shared how we are dismantling traditional acquisition barriers to rapidly adopt commercial technology, enforce a Modular Open System Approach (MOSA), and deliver capability at decisive speed to the Fleet. This notice contains the PAE MS 101 brief provided at the event for widest dissemenation with all current and potential industry partners.
