Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. This solicitation is issued under authority of FAR 12, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q1017and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for hazardous pharmacy compounding agents for the Southeast Louisiana Veteran Health Care System (SLVHCS), located at New Orleans, LA for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is Unrestricted Applicable NAICS:325412. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. Company shall provide compounding agents for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) located at 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. RESPONSES ARE DUE Thursday, August 10, 2026, by 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Quotes are due electronically to tiffany.conner@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic quotes will be considered. Phone calls will not be accepted, all question and or concerns must be submitted via email to tiffany.conner@va.gov by COB August 3, 2026!
