This notice provides the justification to award sole-source contract modifications to increase the capacity of the Design IDIQ MATOC that contains the following contracts: W912EP22D0002 (ILSI-Arcadis JV), W912EP22D0004 (CDM Federal Programs Corporation), W912EP22D0005 (SAI-WGI JV), W912EP22D0006 (Kimley-Hanson-Bergmann JV), W912EP22D0007 (AECOM B&V JV), W912EP22D0008 (Stanley Consultants-Stantec JV), W912EP22D0009 (Genterra-Freese And Nichols Small Business Mentor-Protege Joint Venture). This action is pursued under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(c)(2).
