This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. All vendors MUST have a publicly visible registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). UEI, CAGE Code & Federal Tax ID numbers MUST be submitted with offer. This requirement is solicited as a total small business set-aside in accordance with the FAR. and brand name. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 459140 (Musical Instrument and Supplier Retailers). This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract and will be awarded using price and other factors. The offer must include proof of adherence to the specifications provided (the quote will be checked for technical acceptableness based on the attached Needs statement and have satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. REQUIREMENT: The Louisiana National Guard (LANG) Army Band is requesting brand name band equipment in accordance with attached need statement and equipment specification list. This attached Needs Statement is for informational gathering purposes only.
