Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Billings Area Indian Health Service, Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to DT-Trak Consulting, Inc., 210 North Broadway, Miller, SD 57362. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561320 Temporary Help Services. The object of this sole source award is to provide diagnostic radiologic technologist staffing support services to the Blackfeet Service Unit. It is necessary to sole source this contract to DT-Trak Consulting LLC to ensure continuity of 24/7 radiology department operations. The current bridge contract with DT-Trak expires July 03, 2026. Awarding a sole source contract to DT-Trak will maintain uninterrupted operations while a long-term contract is contemplated. The anticipated period of performance is July 4, 2026 September 4, 2026. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of respondents and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
