Description

VA is seeking to lease approximately 13,831 RSF/10,245 NUSF/12,294 ABOA of clinical medical space in Conway, Arkansas for a Suoerseding Lease. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition with the current Lessor. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient clinic for Veterans. The property shall include 100 on-site parking spaces and ready for use 10/01/2026,
