The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) OPD Engineering & Prototyping Facility (EPF) intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with ECI Software Solutions, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
