AMENDMENT 0007: The purpose of Amendment 0007 is to: 1) Provide updated Technical Specifications, Technical Plans, and Price Schedule. 2) Provide Government answers to questions received from Industry in Projnet Bidder Inquiry. 3) Update DFARS Clause 252.236-7001, Contract Drawings and Specifications. 4) Update FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation. NOTE: The deadline for receipt of proposals is NOT extended by this Amendment and remains 01 August 2025 at 11:00AM Central Time. *************************************************************************** AMENDMENT 0006: the purpose of Amendment 0006 is to: 1) Provide updated Technical Specifications, Technical Plans, and Price Schedule. 2) Provide Government answers to questions received from Industry in Projnet Bidder Inquiry. 3) In accordance with the rescission of Class Deviation 2025-O0002, add the Project Labor Agreement requirement and provide updated Section 00 21 00 Instructions to Offerors and Procedures for Submittal of Offers and Proposal Evaluation Approach. The Project Labor Agreement has been added as Factor V, Project Labor Agreement, as a non-cost/price factor. 4) Add FAR Provision 52.222-33, Notice of Project Labor Agreement, and FAR Clause 52.222-34, Project Labor Agreement. 5) Extend the deadline for receipt of proposals from 08 July 2025 at 11:00AM Central Time to 01 August 2025 at 11:00AM Central Time. 6) The deadline for submission of questions in Projnet Bidder Inquiry has been extended from 06 June 2025 to 30 June 2025. 7) Update Solicitation Section 00 73 00 Supplementary Conditions Paragraph 4 Project Labor Agreement and Paragraph 5 Government Furnished Property to add Item 20 Block 45 Precast Stair. 8) Update DFARS Clause 252.236-7001, Contract Drawings and Specifications. 9) Update FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation. *************************************************************************** AMENDMENT 0005: The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to: 1) Extend the deadline for submission of questions in Projnet Bidder Inquiry from 16 may 2025 to 06 June 2025. 2) Update FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation. *************************************************************************** AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to: 1) Provide updated Technical Plans, Technical Specifications, and Price Schedule,. 2) Provide Government answers to questions received from Industry. 3) Provide attendance list from second physical site visit held on 02 April 2025. 4) Update DFARS Clause 252.236-7001, Contract Drawings and Specifications. 5) Update FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation. ****************************************************************************** AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to: 1) Provide updated Technical Plans and Specifications, updated Price Schedule, GBR, MV Photos, and TVA Geologic Report. 2) Provide Government answers to questions received from Industry. 3) In accordance with Class Deviation 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts, and Class Deviation 2025-O0004, Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability, update the FAR Provisions and Clauses. Please see "W912P525RA001 Amendment 0003 Changes" for full details of all the provision and clause changes. 4) Update DFARS Clause 252.236-7001, Contract Drawings and Specifications. 5) FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation has been updated. NOTE: Exhibit Line Items display as added due to a correction from a system error from Amendment 0002 where they displayed as removed. The only line item that was added by Amendment 0003 to the price schedule is Line Item 03-AH35. ************************************************************************* AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to: 1) Extend the due date for receipt of proposals from 07 April 2025 at 2:00PM Central Time to 08 July 2025 at 11:00AM Central Time. 2) Provide the physical site visit sign-in sheet from the site visit that was held on 04 March 2025. 3) Questions shall be due in Projnet Bidder Inquiry not later than 16 May 2025. All Goverment responses wil be entered into Projnet on or about 06 June 2025. 4) A second site visit has been scheduled for 02 April 2025 at 10:00AM Eastern Time. Interested contractors will need to register to attend the site visit by submitting either the U.S. Citizen Security Access Form or the Foreign Nation Security Access Form (whichever is applicable). If you were previously approved and attended the first site visit on 04 March 2025, a new security access form is not required but please still inform the Government that you would like to attend. Please see the Instructions to Offerors and FAR Provision 52.236-27 Alt I, Site Visit - Construction for special instructions and meeting location information. 5) FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation has been updated. NOTE: Please ignore any changes in Section 00 10 00 to the Line Items due to system issues they appear to have been removed. There are no line item changes to the CLIN structure in Amendment 0002. There is also a system error with the update to FAR Provision 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation, with the information for Amendment 0002 from populating on the SF30. All changes to the Solicitation for Amendment 0002 are contained in Block 14 of the SF30. A second physical site visit has been scheduled for 02 April 2025 at 10:00AM Eastern Time. Location: Chickamauga Lock Resident Office, 5518 Trailhead Dr. Chattanooga, TN 37415 Recommend using GPS coordinates, Latitude:35.108234 Longitude: -85.230367 Parking will be in the parking lot adjacent to the traffic circle with overflow parking under the HWY 153 bridge. An itinerary will be given out at the beginning of the site visit. After the site visit at Chickamauga Lock, the Government and registered attendees will then travel to Watts Bar, TN which is approximately a one (1) hour drive away to see the site of where the Government Furnished Property is stored. Due to Watts Bar not having a physical address, a PDF attachment is posted on SAM.gov with maps to Watts Bar. Map coordinates for Watts Bar are 35.613046, -84.781125. ********************************************************************** AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to: 1) Update DFARS Clause 252.236-7001, Contract Drawings and Specifications to add FIO drawings and instrumentation inventory report and remove FIO miscellaneous drawings and specifications appendix not used. 2) In accordance with Class Deviation 2025-O0002, remove PLA requirement from Section 00 21 00, Instructions to Offerors and Procedures for Submittal of Offers and Proposal Evaluation Approach, and Section 00 73 00, Supplementary Conditions. 3) Remove FAR Provision 52.222-33, Notice of Project Labor Agreement, and FAR Clause 52.222-34, Project Labor Agreement. 4) Provide updated Price Schedule. 5) Update FAR 52.236-27, Site Visit - Construction, Alternate I to provide the new site visit date of 04 March 2025.
