Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order for two (2) EIGER detector upgrade packages. Only the below contractor will be issued a solicitation as authorized by RFO 6.103-1 Proposed Contractor: Bruker AXS, Inc. UEID: FSZEBNCHN7E6 This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF s intent to issue a solicitation. A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the RFO Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Sole Source justification is attached.
