REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW ACC-APG, Tobyhanna Division is conducting market research to identify qualified sources (Small Business and Large Business) capable of providing scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency on-call repair services for forty (40) 400 Hz cycle converters at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Refer to the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed technical requirements. Anticipated Acquisition Strategy: Single-Award Hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for Preventative Maintenance and Time & Materials (T&M) for Emergency Repairs. Set-Aside Decision: Results will determine whether this requirement will be set aside for Small Business (all categories) or solicited under Full and Open Competition. 2. DISCLAIMER & NOTICE THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) OR SOLICITATION, AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Submissions are purely voluntary. CAPABILITY STATEMENT REQUIREMENTS Interested sources capable of performing this effort must submit a Capability Statement (maximum 10 pages, 8.5 x 11 inch format, no smaller than 10pt font size) containing: Company Profile: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, UEI, Primary POC Name/Email/Phone, Website, and Business Ownership/Socioeconomic Status (e.g., WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), Large Business). Technical Capability & Experience: Demonstrated experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing 400 Hz cycle converters or equivalent industrial power systems. Ability to meet the mandatory 48-hour on-site emergency response requirement. Administrative/management structure for any proposed teaming or subcontracting arrangements. 4.
