Clearly illustrate both your intent and ability to meet the specified performance requirements, where applicable. At a minimum, please include the following information in the opening paragraph of your response: Name of Company: Address: Point of Contact: Phone Number: Email Address: DUNS Number: UEI Number: Existing Contractual Vehicles (e.g., GWAC, FSS, SEWP, or MAC): Company Business Size and Status: NAICS Code(s): SDVOSB and VOSB must provide Proof of Certification: If you are a non-OEM contractor, you must include an authorized distributor or servicer letter with your response. Additionally, provide any technical comments or recommendations that may help enhance the accuracy of future proposals or improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of this procurement.
