Description

This project includes the replacement of HVAC components which have reached end of life, including the main condenser, air handler, and boiler units, and their associated controls. The project will centralize three separate HVAC systems in the building into one central, hydronic system. Fan coil units serving two areas of the building will be replaced to operate from a four-pipe system supplied by the new chiller. Some electrical upgrades are required to support the new system, and LED lighting will be installed to assist with the facility heat load. All work shall be completed in full accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
