Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26326Q0973 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 541380 with a size standard of $19.0 million. The VA anticipates a firm fixed price contract award to provide services to VA Saint Cloud Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Dr., Saint Cloud, MN 56303. The period of performance is 01-15-2027 to 01-14-2028 for the base year period of performance. There are four (4) one-year option periods available at the government s discretion. FAR provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this procurement and are detailed within the attached solicitation document. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply to this acquisition. Submission of Quotes Technical Questions are due to the Contracting Officer by 09/08/2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by 09/14/2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time. Quotes are required to be emailed to John.Milroy@VA.GOV in .pdf or .docx format only prior to the solicitation closing date and time. Offeror shall submit offers by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of Standard Form (SF) 1449 of solicitation to John Milroy, Contracting Officer, at john.milroy@va.gov with Solicitation 36C26326Q0973 in subject line.
