Description

The General Services Administration, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one towable diesel air compressor. Requirement Summary: The air compressor shall be towable, diesel-powered, and JP-8/F24 fuel compatible. The Government's target output is approximately 250 CFM at 100 PSI; however, the Government will consider compressors with a minimum rated output of 185 CFM at 100 PSI. Compressors rated above 250 CFM may also be considered technically acceptable if they otherwise meet the RFQ requirements. The award will include delivery FOB Destination to Virginia Beach, Virginia, technical manual deliverables, warranty coverage, and optional New Equipment Training. Delivery Timeline: Delivery required by September 30, 2026. Solicitation Details: Questions Due: September 11, 2026, 4:00 PM ET Quotes Due: September 15, 2026, 4:00 PM ET Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Contracting Officer: Laura MacSuibhne, laura.macsuibhne@gsa.gov Submission Requirements: Offerors shall submit a completed Bill of Materials/Price Quote Sheet, COMPLY/EXCEPTION checklist, manufacturer specification sheet, and clearly identify the offered compressor's rated CFM at 100 PSI, fuel compatibility, towable configuration, delivery timeframe, warranty coverage, and any exceptions or deviations. Registration Requirements: Quoters must be registered in SAM.gov and GSA ASSIST prior to award.
