Description
Sources Sought Notice Audiovisual System Upgrade and Integration Project The Government is seeking a contractor with demonstrated experience performing audiovisual system installation, integration, and equipment replacement of similar scope and complexity. The selected contractor must have proven expertise in removing two obsolete Christie Projectors, Model No. WU7K-M, and upgrading with two new laser or LED commercial-grade projectors that are fully compatible with the Government s existing Crestron control system. Scope: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to assess, procure, assemble, install, integrate, and remove obsolete audiovisual equipment. The scope of work includes replacing two (2) Christie projectors with new laser or LED commercial-grade projectors which includes throw Projector Zoom lens, ensuring seamless integration with the current Crestron control system. Period and Hours of Performance: To avoid disruption of Government operations, all on-site work must occur after hours, Monday through Friday, from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM local time. The contractor is required to complete installation, integration, testing, and turnover within one week (no more than five consecutive after-hours workdays) from the start of on-site work. Place of Performance: The Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center (OVAMC) is located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. Contemplated Evaluation Factors Experience: Recent, relevant experience performing commercial AV integration projects, particularly involving projector replacement and Crestron system compatibility. Contractors without recent and relevant experience will receive a neutral rating for this evaluation factor. Salient characteristics: Provide salient characteristics or brochure of the proposed laser or LED commercial-grade projectors. Project Plan: A clear and feasible plan demonstrates the ability to complete all work after normal business hours, with no more than five (5) consecutive after-hours workdays. Buy American Certificate: The Government will require each submitted quote to complete FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.
