Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice ONLY. The United States (U.S.) Government anticipates a projected solicitation date of 31 July 2026 and projected award date of 14 August 2026, subject to change. The solicitation is expected to be for the procurement of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to support for the United States Army Recruiting Division (USARD). This requirement is for the production, printing, packing and distribution of the 75,000 US Army Future Soldier T-shirts to 69 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), and 38 Battalions. The anticipated lead time for delivery will be 90 days from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315210; Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors, with a size standard 750 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 8405 Outerwear, Men s. Details and delivery information are outlined in the attached draft documents. The attachments are for planning and information purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government, nor will the government pay for any information solicited. All requirements are preliminary, and the government reserves the right to make any changes deemed appropriate. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this pre-solicitation notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted on the SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offeror to respond to the solicitation when it is posted.
