Description
The purpose of this modification to 36C77626Q0039 is to: Solicit feedback from small businesses on their capability and capacity to complete various Elevator Modernization sites Obtain Vendor Questionnaire and, Provide the attachments listed below Background: On January 14th and 15th, 2025, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) held a site visit and a vendor day conference with interested parties who responded to publicly posted notices for the elevator modernization initiative. The Government is providing the site visit sign-in sheet, Elevator Modernization Vendor Questionnaire and DRAFT versions of documents referenced during the site visit and vendor day conference. Please note: all documents, except the sign-in sheet and Elevator Modernization Vendor Questionnaire, are in DRAFT form and subject to change as the project remains in the market research phase. Request for Information: 1) For the purpose of assisting in determining small business set-asides, all small businesses are requested to review the DRAFT Table of Elevators for Modernization Master List 01212026 DRAFT (See Attachment 01) and respond with the specific sites they intend to propose on. When identifying the sites your business is interested in, please be mindful of your actual capabilities, bonding capacity, and ability to comply with limitations on subcontracting requirements. The Government intends to require 100% performance and payment bonds for all awarded sites, with performance beginning immediately following award. We ask firms to only identify sites they realistically intend to bid on to ensure successful contract execution. 2) If you have not previously completed the Elevator Modernization Vendor Questionnaire (See Attachment 02), please submit a completed copy with your response as a separate attachment. Submission Instructions: The response must be submitted as a PDF document that is less than or equal to 5MB in size. Cover page must include: Company name and address Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Socio-economic status Point of contact (name, phone, email) Sources Sought Number and Project title Email responses should include the Sources Sought number and project title in the subject line of the e-mail response. Submission Due date: Responses should be submitted to leslie.prather@va.gov and scott.elias@va.gov no later than January 28, 2026 at 2:00pm EDT. Important Notice: Responses are not considered a bid or a proposal. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for time spent responding to this notice, nor information received. At this time no solicitation exists - please do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov/. It is the potential offeror s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.
