Continuity: Siemens Industry Inc. has been providing Digital Building Management Systems to the VA, demonstrating exceptional performance. Transitioning to a different vendor would involve significant costs and risks related to data integrity, system compatibility, and potential disruptions to critical services. Market Research: Thorough market research was conducted, and it has been determined that no other vendors can provide a comparable solution within the required timelines and technical specifications.
