This is a Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action. This does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise. This notice is for a proposed contract, IAW FAR 5.201(b)(1), for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 3572 (previsouly 10 U.S.C 2302b), as implemented by FAR 6.302.1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The Air Force intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Unison Cost Engineering, LLC.
