Questions and Answers #2 dated 24 July 2025; Revise Attachment 8 ? Paint Bid Schedule BLANK - 24 Jul 25; Update the proposal due date from 28 July 2025 at 3:00pm to 4 August 2025 at 3:00pm. Solicitation FA469025R0004 Amendment 2 published 15 July 2025 provides the following changes: Add Attachment 22 ? Questions and Answers dated 15 July 2025; Revise Attachment 8 ? Paint Bid Schedule BLANK; multiple changes in Section A, Contract Description.The proposal due date remains unchanged.The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469025R0004, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Protective Coatings Services for Ellsworth AFB. The estimated contract award date is 25 September 2025. This award will be a base five (5) years plus five (5) option years. The projected Period of Performance is currently 25 September 2025 ? 24 September 2035. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238320 with a size standard of $15,000,000. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. All questions and comments regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than 10 July 2025 by 3:00pm MDT to Jason Wright at jason.wright.30@us.af.mil and Samantha Hough at samantha.hough.2@us.af.mil. Please title all emails with the following subject line: ?FA469025R0004 ? Solicitation ? Protective Coatings Questions?. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov through the PIEE Solicitation Module. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a proposal that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor proposals are due not later than 28 July 2025 by 3:00pm MDT to Jason Wright at jason.wright@us.af.mil and Samantha Hough at samantha.hough.2@us.af.mil. Submissions must be provided to the Government in the Solicitation Module in PIEE. Small Business contractors submitting a proposal must have and list within the proposal the vendor?s assigned CAGE and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement. Vendors are cautioned previous versions were draft documents and to adhere to the final versions of documents to ensure eligibility for contract award.
