Description

The Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency intents to award a Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to obtain all-inclusive, multimodal transportation and shipping services from a Continental United States (CONUS) and/or Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) point of origin to American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Marina Islands and Guam.
