Description

1.0 DESCRIPTION The Department of the Air Force (DAF), Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (PAE C3BM), Operational Response Team (ORT) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Synopsis to conduct market research and identify potential sources capable of providing highly specialized Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support. 2.0 REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The primary objective of this requirement is to facilitate the seamless tactical integration of multi-role tactical strike aircraft operational platforms into the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) cloud architecture, while maximizing lethality through modern kill chain constructs. The Government is seeking industry capabilities regarding Tactical Strike Aircraft SMEs with extensive backgrounds in: Tactical strike aircraft weapons employment and tactical Command and Control (C2) execution. Multi-domain data analytics and Common Operating Picture (COP) architectures. Development, testing, and validation of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) during live exercises and simulated operations. Tactical datalink engineering and Software-Defined Diagnostics. Security Requirement: This effort requires personnel to possess active Top Secret (TS) clearances with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and the ability to be read into Special Access Programs (SAPs). 3.0 ATTACHMENTS Interested vendors must review the attached documents for full requirement details and submission instructions: Attachment 1: Request for Information (RFI) Attachment 2: Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) 4.0 SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS This is an RFI only. This does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an indication that the Government will contract for the services discussed. All information submitted is strictly voluntary. Responses shall follow the formatting, page limits, and instruction guidelines detailed in Attachment 1 (RFI).
