This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.102(a), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation SHALL be posted on Sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or before 04 September 2026. The RFQ number is N0018926QL409. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507 (effective 07 May 2026). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 238220 and the Small Business Standard is $19 (millions of dollars). The proposed contract action is 100% set aside for Small Businesses and is for an annual professional maintenance contract to service the facility s HVAC humidity control equipment on a monthly basis to ensure that the system continues to operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price contract under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). The Small Business Office concurs with this determination.
