MIN 7 QUADCOPTER FRAME, FLIGHT DISTANCE MIN 1KM, FLIGHT TIME MIN 10 MINS, DOES NOT NEED TO BE NDAA COMPLIANT, critical components are not able to transfer or download data from a foreign entity or otherwise pose a national cybersecurity risk, AND device model the FCC previously authorized prior to December 22, 2025, or that the item is manufactured in the United States and the cost of domestic components exceeds 65 percent of the cost of all the components. Does not need to run on 2.4 and 5.8 . Does not need googles. GCS must be standalone equipment based, not application based. Drone cannot connect to the internet.
