Description

Procurement of fourteen (14) Motorola APX NEXT XN portable radios and associated equipment for the 612th Air Base Squadron Fire Department. The radios are required to maintain compatibility and interoperability with the installation s existing Motorola GTR8000 VHF conventional repeater system and existing Fire Department radio equipment. The radios must support conventional VHF operation and AES-256 encryption and remain compatible with the installation s existing KVL3000 Plus encryption key-loading equipment, APX fill cable, and APX programming cable. The radios will replace and augment portable radio equipment while utilizing the installation s existing radio communications infrastructure. Items must be shipped to Charleston, SC.
